This page concerns the HideMyDrop application served at app.hidemydrop.com. The French version of this page is the authoritative one.

Cookies in use

• hmd_session: strictly necessary session cookie. It keeps the merchant signed in to their dashboard. It cannot be read by page scripts (httpOnly attribute) and expires after 7 days.
• hmd_locale: language preference cookie. It stores only the code of the chosen display language, for example "fr", and expires after one year.
• hmd_shopify_oauth_state: temporary technical cookie, set only while the application is being installed on a Shopify store, to secure the authorization exchange. It expires after 10 minutes.

What the application does not use

The application sets no advertising cookie, no third-party tracker and no audience measurement tool.

Why there is no banner

The cookies above are either strictly necessary for the service to work or limited to remembering a display choice you made. They are exempt from prior consent, so no banner is required.
